We do not have one, and that is on purpose.
WayOut is a delivery service. Instead of you driving to a shop, waiting in line, figuring out a bike rack, and driving back at closing time, we bring the bike to you and pick it up when you are done.
We are based in Asheville and deliver within 50 miles, which covers most of the mountain biking in Western North Carolina. There is no address for you to visit because there is nothing there for you to do. Every part of the rental happens where you are.
Every booking gets a confirmed delivery window by text, and you have a direct phone number that reaches Tyler, the owner, not a call center. (828) 214-5026.
We are a small local operation, which means the person who takes your booking is the person who hands you the bike. Check the Google reviews before you book! Every one of them is from someone who had a bike delivered by the same guy who will deliver yours.
Two, and most people want the first one.
Basecamp Delivery. We bring the bikes to wherever you are staying: cabin, Airbnb, hotel, campsite, or your house if you are local. The bikes stay with you for the whole rental. Ride whenever you want, on whatever schedule you want, for as many days as you book. This is the option for anyone staying more than a day and anyone riding with family or a group.
Trailhead Delivery. We meet you at the trailhead with the bikes at a set time and collect them at the end of your ride. Best for a single day of riding when you already know exactly where and when you are going.
Not sure which one fits? Call and we will tell you in about thirty seconds.
Anywhere within 50 miles of Asheville. That includes:

Kids bikes for riders 4’4″ to 4’11”.
Every rental includes a helmet, area maps, a pump, and a multi-tool at no extra charge. Bikes are cleaned and shop-tuned between every rental.
No. That is the entire reason this service exists.
Plenty of our customers are traveling in a car with no rack, or a rental car, or a minivan with five people already in it. We bring the bikes to you, so how you got here does not matter.
Yes. We’ll help you get familiar with the bike and answer basic questions before your ride.
Tell us your height when you book and we will bring the right frame size. We adjust the fit in person at delivery, so if something feels off, we fix it before we leave.
If the bike is genuinely wrong for you once you start riding, call.
